Can Not Send Or Receive Email From Yahoo?

Submitted by admin on September 16, 2009 – 4:39 amOne Comment

I have been trying to send an email to my hotmail account from my yahoo account and never receive it. I also tried sending one to my work email just as a check and did not receive it there either. I then tried sending email to yahoo from both accounts and never got it in my yahoo mail. Can anyone help with this? Thanks and Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

    HI,
-Are you checking mails using webmail(email online through a Web site) or client mail(email through a stand-alone email client (software) such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express)?
-Verify recipients email addresses were input correctly if you receive a “Failed Delivery” message or “Problem Found – Message Not Sent” message.
-Is your email larger than the maximum message size?(20 Mb max.)
    -Is JavaScript enabled?
    -Is your browser accepting cookies?
Did you enter the correct Compose Verification word?
-Do you get the message “Your login session has expired.”
    -Has your session timed out?
-Have you exceeded your storage quota? For more information see Managing Mail Storage.
-Do you have a slow connection or no connection?
-Can you connect to the Internet?
