How To Remove A Windows Mail Account I Just Set Up And Move All Mail Back Into Yahoo?

I’ve set up (for a neighbor) windows mail to send and receive mail by entering pop3 info and now it has removed all mail from the yahoo account and moved into windows mail. How can I get rid of the windows mail account and put it all back into yahoo?
