Yahoo is going through some more maintenance, so it may be a temporary glitch , you could try to reboot & see if you can gain access then. If not & you have received notices for violations of guidelines or TOS then Yahoo considers that notification that your account is in jeopardy of being suspended. & that includes use of all Yahoo services including your mail account*
